Applies to Wetherdair Platform, the internal system of Wetherdair Limited. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who uses it
Wetherdair Platform is used only by Wetherdair Limited for its own business. It is not offered to the public.
Google user data it accesses
With the director's permission, Wetherdair Platform uses the Google Drive API to list folders and files in the company's Google Drive and to upload company documents (such as letting-agent statements, invoices, receipts and property certificates) into those folders. It does not delete or modify existing files.
How the data is used
Google Drive data is used only to file and find the company's own documents. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial-intelligence models. Wetherdair Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
The sign-in token is stored on the company's private server, readable only by the platform's service account, and is never published. Records of which documents were filed where are kept in the platform's database on the same server for the company's bookkeeping.
Removing access
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's security settings (Third-party apps with account access). Questions: property@wetherdair.co.uk.
