Wetherdair Platform is the private, internal property-management system of Wetherdair Limited, a small UK buy-to-let company. It is not a public service and it has no users outside the company.
What it does
- Keeps the company's bookkeeping for its rental properties up to date.
- Reads statements and invoices received by the company's own mailbox.
- Files those documents into the company's own Google Drive, in the existing folder for each property, so they are kept in one place.
Why it uses Google
Wetherdair Platform signs in to the company director's Google account only to list, upload and organise the company's documents in that account's Google Drive. It does not read or change anything else. See the privacy policy for details.
